Our summer events and facilities in Saint-Georges-d’Oléron
High-season entertainment
Children will meet at the “Cabane des Drôles ” according to the weekly schedule given to them on arrival.
During the season, 4 qualified entertainers are on hand to cheer up the little ones (4 to 7 years), the mediums (8 to 12 years) and the older children. In short, from morning till night, you’ll find entertainment at camping in Saint-Georges-d’Oléron des Sables Vignier Plage! and leave you some time to spend with your family during your stay and make new friends. wonderful memories to tell you over and over again when you get home!
Sports facilities on the campsite
Facilities at our seaside campsite on the Ile d’Oléron :
- A pétanque court where all our regulars meet up, and where newcomers are warmly welcomed – a great atmosphere guaranteed.
- A multi-sports field for handball, soccer and basketball; we can lend you balls and encourage you to organize matches with your neighbors!
- A ping-pong table and a teqball table We can lend you a few rackets if you forget, but remember to bring your own!
- Three outdoor play areas for children aged 2 to 12, for use by children under the watchful eye of their parents.
- A large 100m² entertainment tent for all our evenings and big daytime events.
The campsite’s playground, moments of joy for your little ones
The playground was equipped by Synchronicity, a French company specializing in the manufacture of children’s play equipment from recycled materials in compliance with safety standards.
This playground is very popular with the campsite’s children, giving them the chance to meet new people and make new friends while having fun. New games were installed in 2024.
Petanque court at the campsite
The petanque court is the historic heart of life at the campsite. Regulars battle it out in hotly contested games with lots of commentary. The campsite team successfully takes part in the island’s annual tournament: the Camp’io trophy.
In any season, meet in the games room
In season, next to the pool, you can enjoy a large games room for teenagers and adults (table soccer, billiards, shuffleboard, pinball machines and arcade games).
