Discover the pool
Sables Vignier campsite has a beautiful pool of 200m², heated to 28°C continuously, accessible from April to October from 10h to 19h and until 20h in July and August. Some nights it is left open until 10pm with some music, it’s awesome. In season in the morning we organize water aerobics or water games for children under the supervision of a lifeguard (see entertainment program at the reception). Sometimes it is the water polo lovers who enjoy the place for a night game.
The pool is protected by a mobile shelter if the weather is gray. People swim every day here in peace and respect of the tranquility of everyone. A handrail leads down into the water safely. And right next door, a paddling pool for kids, with a small step so they can enter the water without worry.
The pool at the camping on the island of Oleron is under the vigilance of seasonal lifeguards, but swimming activities for children remain the sole responsibility of their parents. Pool access to children alone is prohibited. For hygiene reasons swimsuits are mandatory and for technical reasons the suntan oils are not permitted (they jam the pool filters).
Indoor swimming pool at the campsite on the island of Oléron
Ideal for holidaymakers at the beginning and the end of the season, as well as for the dull summer days, our large covered pool offers everyone the opportunity to swim regardless of the outside temperature. A shower will not spoil your afternoon at the pool! The water of the big pool is heated to 28 ° C: a very comfortable temperature even for the most cautious of us. Thanks to the roof and the transparent side walls, the water remains warm and the atmosphere soft even at the earliest of the season. Deck chairs at the edge of the pool make the most of our indoor pool. When the weather is nice, the pool can be discovered totally or only partially: the ideal to adapt precisely to the weather of the day and always bring you the best comfort of use! In the warm water of our indoor pool, the morning lengths are as pleasant as family swimming in the late afternoon.
